Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what information dynamicbanter.com (the “Site”) collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Site, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t run third-party advertising.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information. If you create an account, we store your username and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Content you submit. Bit suggestions, favorites, and similar contributions are stored and associated with your account.
  • Session cookie. When you log in, a single cookie keeps you signed in. It contains a random session token and nothing else. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
  • Anonymous analytics. We use self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
  • Server logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the Site.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used only to operate the Site: authenticating your account, displaying your contributions, understanding aggregate site usage, and keeping the Site secure.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host the Site (such as Cloudflare), and only as needed to operate it.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is kept as long as your account exists. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, email us and we will remove it.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
